We are offering premium Rubber Centrifuged Latex, or CENEX (60% Dry Rubber Content). The TFDPC factory at Takmacherra, south Tripura district was set up in 1992 and has the production capacity of 1000 MT Rubber Centrifuged Latex annually.  Rubber Centrifuged Latex is made from the field latex collected from Rubber plantations on daily basis. Among the various forms of processed natural rubber, now produced in India, Rubber Centrifuged Latex (with 60% Dry Rubber Content) has an assured market. Rubber Centrifuged Latex is used for production of dipped goods, latex foam and certain adhesives. The Rubber Centrifuged Latex so produced is packed in 200 liters capacity MS barrels and then marketed. During the process for production of Rubber Centrifuged Latex from field rubber latex, chemicals like ammonia gas, lauric acid, D.A.H.P. are used. The skim Rubber Centrifuged Latex with 4-5% DRC also goes out, which is trapped separately for getting skim crepe, which is sold as Pale Latex Crepe (PLC) or Earth Brown Crepe (EBC) in the bales of 25 Kg.
