    Automatic Ampoule Paper Rondo Tray Packing Machine MODEL: AHRP 40C SUITABLE FOR “C” & “I” TYPE PAPERS TRAYS PUTTING INTO OPERATION Basic units consist of a rondo tray hopper, a denesting station, a product hopper, a rotary filling stations, an inserting wheel, and controls switches. The machine should be used for Ampoules to be packed in rondo trays for which it has been fitted with. The nested trays are placed directly in the rondo tray hopper in the same position as received from the suppliers. Filled and labeled ampoules are placed in the product hopper in vertical position. Now, operate the machine for a short time, by pressing inching Push Button with a view to obtain uniform packing of ampoules in to rondo trays.. The dog chain moves out each pair of nested rondos and transfers them to the denesting station where they are separated and positioned face up. The rotary transfer wheel picks up a preselected number of ampoules and drops them in the rondo flutes. The ampoules next are firmly inserted in to the flute of the rondo by means of the inserting wheel. Direction Of The Operation Will Be Left To Right.     AUTOMATIC HIGH SPEED ROTARY AMPOULES/VIALS WASHING MACHINES MODEL: AHRM 240 & 120 Operation: Ampoules, vial are fed on to in infeed conveyor or alternatively hopper from where they are fed to a worm and than star wheel and delivered to a revolving conveying system consisting of gripper equally spaced. V-grippers are mounted on the circumference of the gripper ring, which rotates around a vertical axis. The horizontal rotation of the aumpoules through 180 degree. During the infeed as well as the opening and closing of the gripper is cam-controlled. Ampoules and vial are passed through the cleaning stations upside down. At the individual stations, a spray tube travel in synchronism with ampoules, vials. The spray tubes follow the continuously moving grippers. From the start to the finish of a working station and retract Washing cycle maximum 6 stations in any configuration:- 1.SIMPLE AND ROBUST CONSTRUCTION FOR LONG LIFE AND CONTINUOUS SERVICE. 2.Internal blow-dry with compressed air (1 station) 3.Spraying with fresh water (1 station) 4.Operating with wfi (1 station) 5.Internal & external cleaning by spraying with re-circulated water (isolation) Construction & mode of operation Machine (stand alone) Basic construction Machine base and framework is made of m.s. A) Ampoules & vials infeed & transfer • Aumpoules are directly fed into infeed loader of ss 304 infeed hopper can accommodate 120-mm width tray. • From infeed, aumpoules are transferred to infeed magazine • Aumpoules are then singled out into individual lanes. • A gripper at a set station holds on individual positioned aumpoules at their necks. • The aumpoules are subsequently inverted by 180 degrees by a cam before the washing station, washing treatment takes on the vials as per the set cycle. B) Main cleaning • Inverted aumpoules with their mouth at the bottom end are process through various washing cycles. • The drum on which gripper are mounted moves at a uniform speed. Depending upon the washing cycle the cleaning media is jetted intermittently on to the aumpoules. • Standard version is designed for 4 cleaning media (filtered recycle water, dm water, w.f.i. & compressed air) at six stations. C) Ampoules discharge • After the washing cycle the washed aumpoules are again re inverted to their original position and then transferred on to the out feed magazine by a star wheel. D) Re-circulation water system • Recirculation pump (ss 316) • Suction side of re-circulating pump consisting of re-circulating water tank, sieve filter. • Discharge side of re-circulating pump consisting of filter housing to accommodate 1 x 10” doe filter element. • Also fitted on discharge line, diaphragm valve, pressure switch, gauges, triclover camp • One side of needle bars for cleaning stations. • Filter cartridge available on request at an additional cost E) Cleaning by compressed air Filter housing to accommodate 1 x 10” code 7 – filter element solenoid & pipeline. 3 sets of needle bars for cleaning the vials at 3 stations. Each set valve, pressure switch, gauge, diaphragm valve, triclover clamp has needles filter cartridge available on request at an additional cost.
