Aaradhya Federation has established with the aim to make rural and urban women economically self-reliant and self-sustainable. The sole aim is to offer exposure to professional skills of various innovative machineries that intends to improve productivity and efficiency of their work and ultimately benefits them economically. Aaradhya is presenting with an opportunity to market products like cotton wicks, rituals, and spiritual goods for the Indian population at large. These goods are non-perishable and offer very good income generating opportunity, as these goods are required routinely. We are working from past 20 years for women empowerment and their betterment by giving training and making them capable of generating production, they were facing certain problems regarding marketing dependency and selling and thus they were limited to production only, so we decided to make such kind of production for which marketing opportunities becomes easy and employment generation for such women increases and thus “Aaradhya Federation” came into existence as Gujarat’s biggest federation active.
After state level registration of federation, we made women handicraft and co-operative societies, and gave them better opportunities by linking up with government’s beneficiary schemes.
