  These Retrofit Beaters can be replaced with 2E or 3X Beaters. They give consistent overrun, rapid freezing. If replaced in the Tre/AP models, the performance zooms high. Very simple design and needs only blades to be changed unlike the 2E beaters which are to be replaced only.

We offer gears. Our gears are made from special dairy alloy which is the only approved alloy for such applications. Gears are of very high standards, precisely machined and ground. The inner bushes are precise, ground & further lapped to mirror finish for very low friction which results to low wear outs. These gears can be used in non self-pasteurizing machines.

This cyclic timer is a must in all electro-mechanical machines. You can have option of 5 Minutes 1.5 Seconds if the Mix quality isn't good. This time span restarts the machine in 5 minutes, much before the melt down of the Ice Cream inside the cylinder. This helps maintaining overrun & texture of the Ice Cream The traditional 10 Minutes 1.5 Second Cyclic Timer is also available It can be ordered in 24V, 110V & 220V, 50Hz or 60Hz
