super electrolysis nickel plating
We offer super electrolysis nickel plating. Superior elector less nickel plating is an alloy of 10-12% phosphorus in nickel as compared to conventional low content (less than 9%) of phosphorus & having advantage of highly corrosion resistance coating. It is recommended where maximum corrosion protection is required. Salt spray resistance of 1000 hours as per astmb 117 test can be achieved. There is absolutely no comparison of corrosion resistance property of superior electroless nickel plating with conventional low content of phosphorus electroless nickel plating. Superior electorless nickel plating is applied wherever a uniform, hard and highly corrosion resistance coating is required. Its high hardness and lack of porosity makes it an ideal coating for components to aggressive usage. The as-plated hardness of superior electroless nickel plating is in range of 46 to 48 hrc and can be heat treated to 66 to 70 hrc for a more wear resistance finish.
...moreThermal Spray Coating
Thermal spray coating involves the use of a torch to heat a material, in powder, rod or wire form, to a molten state and the use of a gas or air to propel the material to the target substrate, creating a completely new surface. The coating material may be metal, alloys, ceramics or carbides with unique physical properties that are, in most cases achievable only through the thermal spray process. Thermal spray coatings are a highly cost-effective and straightforward method for adding superior properties and performance qualities to a given engineering surface. In this method we can deposit any metal on any metal. Even certain metals can be deposited on plastic, wood and paper also. In certain cases the temperature of part can be less than 100 degree centigrade that means there is absolutely No Distortion on your part.

The as-plated hardness of Superior Electroless Nickel Plating is in range of 46 to 48 HRc and can be heat treated to 66 to 70 HRc for a more wear resistance finish. Because the coating is deposited ”CHEMICALLY” rather than with electricity, the problems normally associated with electroplating like edge built-up, uneven thickness and no plating in corners are avoided. Superior Electroless Nickel Plating deposits guarantee 100% coverage and are so uniform that the surface finish is normally duplicated and after plating, process kike machining and grinding is not required. Advantage of this uniformity is that threads and other complex shapes also maintain their original geometry after plating. Excellent corrosion resistance property. Excellent wear & abrasion resistance property. High hardness up to 70 HRc. Coating can be done on any base metal like M.S, C.I, Aluminum, EN Series, HCHCR, Copper, and Brass etc. No costly post treatment like machining and grinding required because of uniform thickness layer. Parts with complex shapes are coated since this process provides 100% coverage with no edge build up. Excellent adhesion. Low coefficient of friction.
