Details : Safe & Easy to Apply. Crackless & Non Shrink Joint. No need for water Curing Superior Hardness & Soundness. Lowest Water Absorption. Can Make Matching Colour With Universal Stainer(tint). How to Use : Mix Powder & Liquid in the proportion of approx 3:1 part by Vol. Properly mix to get paste with uniform consistency. Use the above prepared paste within 1 to 1.5 hour. After filling of joint / crack, finishing can be done within 2 hour. Extra Advantage If needed you can mix any dry pigment colour with powder OR universal stainer (Colour) with liquid before mixing of two part. For fine joint / crack filling you can dilute the liquid with about 5 to 10% of water. For wider joint / crack you can add about 5 to 10% of sand / grit with powder pack.

CHEMXSEAL 32-17 is fire retardant, aqua based, vapor barrier sealant for low, medium, and high pressure or high velocity- metal, fiberglass and flexible heating. It is specially formulated to meet Middle East weather condition. It is highly elastic in nature. It has excellent adhesion to metal, aluminum, etc. This exhibits excellent strength, flexibility and resistance to heat and cold. It performs as tough and flexible adhesive and sealant, forming a durable seal against air leakage. CHEMXSEAL 32-17 does not contain Asbestos, Lead, Mercury or Mercury Compounds.   Recommended Use CHEMXSEAL 32-17 applies to clean, dry, oil free and sounded surface, by power extrusion or trowel uniformly a 2” wide coat over the joint @ 2 to 2.2 gallon/100 ft . To2 tal coverage 40-55 ft 2/gal. Allow the completed joint to dry at least 24 hours above 25 0c before pressure testing. High humidity (over 70%) and or cooler temp. may retard drying. Total WFT to be 30-35 mils
