We manufacture twin screw of any length or diameter. In addition different types of bimetallic coatings can be incorporated on flights depending on the process application. We also manufacture as per clients specification & drawings for Pipe Plant, Sheet Plant or Compounding line. We already design Twin Parallel Screw for PP & HDPE material sheets. In metering zone of screw we provide special hard face coating which increases screw life. We use raw material Nitro Alloy Steels like 41 B and 41Cr Al M07 etc.

We manufacture Twin Hole Barrels from Dia 52 mm to Dia 125 mm & maximum 1600 mm length. We have specially designed boring m/c & honing machines to fulfil customer's requirement. Special Bimetallic sleeve also can be provided in partial length of barrels as per customer's requirements.

We use raw material of Nitro Alloy Steels like 41 B and 41Cr Al M07 etc. are used for Twin Conical Screws with or without bimetallic coatings on the flights. Special surface treatment like hard nickel or hard chrome plating depending. on the material to be processed can be used on most of these Nitro Alloy Materials as per clients requirements.

High wear resistance sleeve fitted barrels for conical twin-screw extruder as well as parallel twin-screw extruder is our specialty. We have a special material developed after intensive testing for manufacturing conical & parallel twin barrels, which are normally divided into three pieces in conical barrel set & two pieces in parallel twin barrel set.Following mechanical processing each barrel section is treated using a hardening process which operate almost free of distortion. This has enabled production of twin barrel with approximately twice to thrice the service life of nitrided barrels at just 20% to 25 % addition cost. This renders the economic efficiency factor irrelevant in purchasing decisions.An additional benefit is the extended service like of twin screw extruders with wear resistant barrels can be operated at normal output for a longer period, without incurring through put losses due to wear. Thus production costs are reduced while competitiveness is improved.

We have Boring M/C to manufacture the barrels up to Dia 200 x 3 meters long in single piece and Dia 250 x 5.5 meter in two pieces. Bimetallic sleeving can be providing as per clients requirement.

Screen changer is adaptable to all extrusion likes (Rafia Plant, Film Plant, Monofilament Plant, Sheet Plant etc.) where non stop production is essential. Screen changer is particularly suitable to Thermo Plastic materials such as PE / PP / PS / ABS / PET can be used, suitable to temperature up to 300 C with hourly output is up to 500 kgs. During operation the material is divided into two melt streams flowing through two channels inside the screen changer housing. In order to change the filter medium a part of one screen bearing piston including the filter is moved out of the screen changer housing by means of a hydraulics or manual systems. Mean while the part of the screen-bearing piston has remained inside the housing, shuts off the flow channel & thus, production continues through the second filter of the other screen bearing piston which has not left its operating position. We manufacture grooved feed bush with bimetallic material (high wear resistant special alloyed steel) from Dia 36 mm to Dia 150 mm for higher production, which is used in Raffia Plant, Monofilament Plant & Blown Film Extrusion Plant. Life of Bimetallic Grooved Feed Bush is at least 3 times higher than nitrided material. More than 95 Nos. of bimetallic grooved feed bush are already working in field. We manufacture Flat die ranging from 350 mm to 3000 mm. Our standard die incorporates a flexible lip adjustment system for controlling profile thickness & ensuring consistent defective products. Our dies are suitable for long production run with better quality & consistent result. We also manufacture lip adjustment type dia for sheet ranging from 0.7 mm thickness to 15 mm thickness. Sliding upper lips provide gauge versatility while replaceable lower lips efforts versatility in gap opening & land length.
