Bionova® BT23 Biological Indicator has been designed for monitoring steam sterilization processes at temperatures between 121 ºC and 134 ºC. The device consists of a glass ampoule containing spores of the non-pathogenic microorganism Geobacillus stearothermophilus ATCC 7953. The culture medium has been specifically designed to change its color when microbial growth occurs. The spore population contained in the biological indicator is killed after an efficient steam sterilization cycle. At lower temperatures or lower exposure times, some spores may survive and thus might be capable of growing. This growth can be detected by the indicator medium which turns from violet to yellow after 48 hours of incubation @ 60 ºC. Conversely, if the sterilization process has been effective, there is no microbial growth and the ampoule medium maintains its original color.

This property enables the use of bio curar in the closure of incisional as well as post-traumatic wounds. Bio-compatible, non-toxic, haemostatic and bacteriostatic bioadhesive quick & easy, less scaring, anti-septic action and safe & precise does not get absorbed in blood and does not react to tissue bio curar polymerizes when exposed to water or water-containing substances like human tissue. Reduces the risk of post surgical infection and trauma biodegradable and biocompatible. Directions for use 1. Remove bio curar package from storage (below 15 c not to be freezed) and bring to room temperature. Remove the ampoule from the blister. 2. Clean the oozing blood and dry the wound area as fast as possible. 3. Take the bio curar ampoule and snap the tip at the marked area holding it vertically with both the hands. 4. Approximate the wound edges precisely. Forceps can be used to hold the edges of the skin in case of larger wounds. 5. Apply a thin layer of bio curar throughout the approximated wound and allow it to dry for about 2 minutes.

An in feed worm inverts container to neck down position and feeds them through a specially designed indexing device. The device carries the container forward and stops. Nozzles carrier enters into the container and activities the jet of water/air. The air/water flow is deactivated after the washing cycle is over. Device indexes the vials/bottles for next wash. A separate pumping station gives the right quantum of water at the desired pressure. Washed containers are again inverted to neck upward position to collect in out-feed tray/directly feed to tunnel.
