The attachment is suitable for automatic counting and filling of tablets, capsules, coated tablets, pills, as well as lentil, bean or ball shaped objects with a diameter from 5 to 20mm into bottles, tins, etc. Change over from one set of filling parts to another and from one object-shape to another can be done in a few minutes. Tablet and Capsules are counted using filling or counting tracks. Coated tablets and similar objects are counted with a rotating disc. Capacity depends up on the size of the object and number of objects in each container. Tablets and Capsules range between 1000 – 1500 fills per hour, coated tablets between1500 – 1800 per hour. The apparatus can be supplied as a combination machine for all types of objects or only for tablets or capsules or coated tablets. For manufacturing counting discs for coated tablets, which can be order at any time, sample of the object and container are required. All contact parts are made of stainless steel, anodized aluminum alloy or plastic. The counting and filling attachment is designed to be connected on all main drives.

A unique machine to count &fill tablet capsule in plastic glass bottles in bulk quantity. Counting disc gives promised capacity of fill. Each disc is designed and manufactured to count coated uncoated tablets, hard or soft capsule. One bottle can be filled at a time through one single -track filler, one set of machine can fill four bottles at the same time which enhances the output. The rpm varies depending upon the product. Delivery chutes direct the product from the counting disc into filler tubes of various sizes to suit different containers. Integrated with the filler, under the hopper is the system that provides dust free passage of stocks to the containers. The special Dust Extractor system to remove dust particles from the passage to the container and enables efficient and smooth running of the disc when uncoated tablets are counted.
