Silver Series Rotavator
Feature & Benefits:- Balwan rotary tiller crops deep root under the soil and mixes them with soil which later serves as organic fertilizer. Its multi speed gear drive mechanism offers number of speed range which makes it more versatile. Technological concept of rotor shaft reduces the fuel consumption up to 15% to 35% Blades are manufacturing from boron steel, which provides long service life with consistency in performance. Suitable for light and medium soil conditions. Prepares seed bed smoothly, rapidly and economically.

The Vikram plough, Model “Vikram -9” is indigenously developed by Balwan Agro Industries Pvt. Ltd., is a reversible four-share plough with 180° rotating bodies, mounted to the tractor’s three-point hitch (IS:4468-1997) via a headstock. The implement is normally used to break up the soil at a medium depth (up to 350 mm*), in particular allowing the efficient deployment of the reversible ploughing technique. It is able to work in both the “in-furrow” and most prominently “out-furrow” configuration thanks to the considerable lateral movement compared to the tractor, obtained using a specially design hydraulic system. Thespecially design framestructure allows the plough to line up in a balanced position prior to rotation, so as to avoid excess exertion of the tractor lift during the body rotation phase (180°). The plough consists of a single main Y- shape beam, onto which the working bodies are bolted. The beam also houses parts used to adjust working depth and width. The beam can rotate, via a hydraulic system, around a horizontal axis parallel to the forward direction of the tractor, thus with a half-rotation (180°) one or the other set of bodies can be brought to a working position. The headstock linking up to the tractor’s three-point hitch(IS: 4468-1997) is fitted with Y- frame main chassis which uniformly distributed all load on it and react like a suspension device, which manipulate with shocks and absorbs them to the tractor during transport and end-of-field manoeuvring phases, enhancing stability and facilitating the positioning of the plough for both the working and transport phases, without having to detach the third point. The working bodies consist of a share with a reversible blade, used to horizontally turn the soil, a universal mouldboard, which turns over the soil in a lateral direction, an adjustable sole, which helps to keep the plough stable in a longitudinal direction, and a vertical face that prevents the soil of the compact wall from breaking up into the just opened furrow. Working depth is adjusted via a hydraulic cylinder fitted into the frame; The same cylinder realigns the plough prior to turnover and helps to memorise the working width, so that after a turnover cycle the plough returns to the previously set and checked width thanks to a slat located on the frame and visible from the tractor cab. Hydraulic adjustments are possible even when the plough is buried, thus facilitating work close to obstacles. To adjust ploughing depth in th

...moreShredder
Balwan mobile shredder is a tractor operated Centre drive Agricultural equipment for cutting and shredding crop stalk to clear the field rapidly for next crop. Most prominent suitable for row cope such as Cotton, Maize, Castor, Chilli and other similar crop. Machine can be operated by any 40 and above Hp tractor with three point linkage (Category-II) and power by P.T.O out with 540 RPM through drive shaft.Conventional Stalk removal process is not economic, (Labour cost at rupees 1200* per acre) laborious and time consuming. It also pollute the air and simultaneously degrading the soil structure and microbial activities. The design is develop to tackle different crop and field condition, mahabali-11 mobile shredder is design for long life and easy maintenance. Thespecially design framestructure (Centre drive) allows the shredder to line up in a balanced position, so as to avoid excess vibration of the implementduring the operation and the secure the service life of the tractor lift during the body liftingand turning phase. The shredder consists ofSquare Box frame constructed from M.S plate (10 mm).The large span of “Stalk concentration” and high R.P.M of feeder unit offers maximum stalk to feed and high pressure roller offers chop without choking of stalk. Working Height makes the implement suitable for working on soils of different mechanical resistance, and different crop. Despite the clayey lime nature of the ground and its high tenacity and extreme long height of stalk (7-10 foot*), show a good level of chopping and a constant chopping rate along the entire test strip. It is thus possible to achieve good chopping results on different stalk conditions deemed to be difficult. Heavy duty fly wheel bearing protected by special seal and lubricants keep out moisture, dirt and debris. The stalk capturing action was neat and fast, while the chopping action of the flywheel did not disturb the feeding rate previously. Analysis of the results obtained does not show a marked difference in chopping size of the different crop stalk. Fuel consumption and horsepower required for traction were generally adequate for the weight and size of the implement. Use of a 40 to 60 Hp tractor appeared correct for the test conditions, even though a less powerful tractor may have been sufficient, particularly for less cohesive and tenacious soils, as declared by the manufacturer.
