Cord-aligner is centralizing device specially meant for tire-cord machines like Liner re-winder, Calendars. Dipping plant, let-off and wind-up Machines. The unit consists of two numbers jointed axle bowed Rolls light duty or heavy duty as per application/fabric tension. Both side fabric edges are sensed sensor and take correction as required by jointed axle bow Rolls which works independently both sides by the sensing given by each side sensor. Available with hexagonal shaft 1-1/4” square bar for roll diameter 110mm or with 75mm shaft diameter and Roll diameter 160mm for heavy duty applications.

Spray Teflon coating is done on Roll to avoid sticking of materials on the surface. This type of spray coated rolls having limited life as the roll touches any hard surface the Teflon coating get removed. Teflon sleeved rolls are supplied for rubber or other type of Rolls for non sticking applications. These Teflon sleeves are not manufactured in India and get imported require a longer delivery period. Available for specific diameters and length only.

Two Roll surface winders are used for winding cloth, HDPE woven sacks, Jute, paper, plastic web materials. Two Roll surface roll diameter is decided considering the Winding Roll diameter.

Because of the static electric charges depending up on their intensity and surrounding atmosphere, one may see sparking or operator/ worker in surrounding area may get shock. Wherever the material is in the form of film or sheet, it may wrap around the guide rollers causing the breakdown. In printing machine & coating, laminating machine the static may result in fire on solvent based ink which can cause burning of machineries and even loss of human life.   In winding process, instead of getting clean winding, one may get crease in winding. Static electric charge also attracts dust particle which gives shabby appearance to the product. Aluminum Slat expanders are used for wrinkle removing on coating machines which is available in any length and standard diameter 6”. Bigger diameter can be made as per specific requirements. Normally plain surface is provided but some applications serration is required on surface for gripping. While ordering should provide the application temperature, web material, plain or serration required on surface, maximum speed of web material to meet all your requirements. For soundless working the rolls are also available with ball bearing type cam mechanism also. Normal expansion is 25mm. Slat Expander Roll is available with wooden slat with felt covering and with aluminum slats available in 6” diameter 8”diameter & 12” diameter in any working width. Particularly suitable for slow speed machines like coating cloth coating machines, Flat Bed Printing machine, artificial leather cloth, Vinyl, before Batching machine etc. The Roll is fitted with cam mechanism fitted with on bearings with left & Right slats from center. For longer width three slats are fitted and middle slats are fixed to avoid V shaped wrinkle-removing action. Available with foot mounting pedestals.

Scroll rolls are wrinkle removing rolls from web materials for manufacturing, processing, Coating, converting, Scroll roll are available in different materials like Ebonite, M.S, stainless steel, aluminum. For cloth processing machines ebonite scroll rolls are used, for other web materials like plastic, leather cloth, paper, vinyl, foils, polyester ebonite is not suitable as the same generate static electricity or damage the web material

Rubber Rolls are used on many web manufacturing and processing, converting industries. To order out a rubber roll for best desired application it is necessary to get the following details:-   M.S. Shell diameter Thickness of m.s. shell. Rubber finished diameter and rubber hardnessFace length of the Roll. Face length of the Roll. Fixed shaft roll (or) Hollow roll ( ball bearing are fitted inside both side of the face ends) Total length of the Roll with both side shafts. Shaft diameters/keyways/bearing sizes Rubber to be used / rubber hardness required.( with +- 5 shore A) Chemical resistance/abrasion resistance/Temperature resistance. Machine / location and application of the Roll like Guide Rolls, Nip Rolls, Pressure rolls, Squeeze Roll etc.

Many type of rubber grooved rolls are available as per specific requirement like diamond grooved rolls, helical grooved rolls, straight grooved rolls etc. For winder diamond grooved rubber roll required, helical and spiral grooved rubber rolls can be supplied as per application requirements.

Metal expander with hard chrome plated surface is used for high speed application. Teflon sleeve for non-sticking application. Bow Rolls are known as useful for removing of wrinkles, slack edges, spreading and slit separation. Most of the Bow Expander Rolls are driven by web tension itself without any extra drive. Used in Textile processing machines, Plastic converting machines, Paper Industries, in manufacturing, processing, printing, laminating, coating, batching, winding and re-winding.

For some web materials Bow Rubber expander Roll, Slat Expander Rolls or scroll rolls, Bow Rolls not work for removing wrinkles, where Polyband Expanders are used. This Roll comes in diameter 140mm and working if the web width is more than 1000mm. If web tension is not sufficient to drive the roll extra drive like sprocket or pulley be given as per requirements. Special elastic cord fitted on cam mechanism can be adjustable for more expanding action. It is very important to install the Roll in proper warp angle to get maximum results. Maximum working width 2500mm in normal cases.  

For Unwind station control for any machines pneumatic Air Regulator operated brake is available as many disc brake required according to load 50 kgs to 1500 kgs. Most important is mounting of the brake in the limited space, which is provided by the user. Requirement is mounting bracket for mounting brake on your Un-winder. This is manually is Air operated no automation is required and far better than spring loaded manual brake. Liner for this brake is replaceable after tear & wear after long time use.

Air operated Cloth Guiders are lowest maintenance free cloth guiders considering other type of cloth guiders like Mechanical, Electrical or Electronic. Pneumatic cloth guider requires only normal compressed air without any maintenance cost. Can be used on chemicals, wet conditions, no chance of electrical shock and only 2.5 kgs. compressor air pressure is required for operating the cloth guiders. This type of cloth is suitable for fabric width up to 24” to 120”.   Cloth Guiders always comes left & Right and it should mounted on Adjusting frame and the width increase or decrease one can adjust the cloth guiders manually by the help of hand wheels provided on both side the adjusting frame. Two mounting brackets are fitted on adjusting from to fix the cloth Guiders.   Cloth Guiders are used most of the Textile processing machines and Cloth type fabrics. Pneumatic cloth Guiders is having the lower running cost, which require normal compressor Air that is supplied through Air filter-Regulator-Lubricator. Light Duty models to Heavy models are available according to width of fabrics. Cloth Guiders are very import in cloth processing, printing, Dyeing, Bleaching, Printing inspection, batching, winding and rewinding. Foxbel type pneumatic Cloth Guiders are suitable for standard fabrics with up to 84”

Ink circulating Pump is available for Rotogravure and Flexo printing machines with stainless steel tank capacity from 35 liters. Inside the ink tank stirrer the ink while working maintain the ink viscosity uniformly. The motor used in the ink circulating pump is flame proof to avoid fire in the highly flammable solvent based Ink. Our Ink pump is best suitable for High raise circulating of ink up to upper color stages of Flexo printing machine.

Most machines are fitted with MS rolls, stainless steel rolls, aluminum rolls, hard chrome plated Rolls, rubber Rolls, ebonite coated rolls, Teflon coated rolls, as guide roll, nip roll, pressure roll, take-up roll, take-off roll, squeeze roll, Tension rolls, dancing roll, accumulator roll, Idler roll which are available in different diameter and length as per machine requirements. Some cases it is not affordable to use stainless steel rolls but in such rolls stainless steel cladding is done on M.S. rolls.

Rubber Curve bar expander roll is used for removing wrinkles from Textile Processing machines like Calendars, Dyeing, Bleaching machines, Drying Ranges, Stenters, Bow weft straightener. Curve bar expander used on textile machines having more bow than other Industries like Paper, plastic. For abrasion resistance, chemical resistance, high temperature resistance, Nitril, Hypolan, rubber sleeves are used. Special sealing are provided for wet working condition and avoid resting of ball bearings inside the roll

Cooling Roll have hard chrome plated surface. Cooled water passing through its Rotary joint to cools the hard chrome plated surface area of the Roll. Cooling Roll cools the contact area that touches the web materials. There are different type Cooling Rolls like single shell, double shell jacketed type, spiral type. The surface cooling effect will be vary in different types cooling Rolls. Cooling Roll having shaft with inside hole to fix rotary joint. Bigger shaft diameter is recommended to avoid breakage of end shafts as end shaft having inside hole and uneven alignment or heavy tension on shaft result brakeage so bigger shaft diameter is recommended

Conveyor edge trackers are coming in pair for left & Right mounting on width adjusting frame. It is important to know the speed of the conveyor and also thickness of the conveyor. Edge sensed by sensor is used to work the other side edge pneumatic Tracking Unit. Compressor   Air pressure is required to operate unit.

Normally brush Roll is made after doing ebonite coating on Roll to avoid resting on steel surface. Different type of brushes are available as per specific requirements like Nylon brushes, synthetic brushes, animal hair brushes, for different applications which include brushing and cleaning of blankets

Bow Roll is known as Spreader Roll, Bowed Roll, Curve bar Expander, Banana Roll, Camber Roll, Wrinkle removing Rolls, Bow Rolls are available in rubber surface, hard chrome surface and also Teflon covering for non-sticking applications. Hard chrome surface bow Rolls are used where speed is more than 300 meters minutes. If the speed is more, the bigger diameter is used to reduce the rpm of the roll. Bow roll works only when there is proper lead-in and lead-out distance and kept the roll in proper warp angle with web material. To do such warp angle adjusting all rolls are supplied with bow angle adjusting worm-worm wheel gearbox with hand wheel and counter pedestal bearing block. By use of this it is possible to adjust the bow angle at 360 degree warp angle. When the Roll get maximum wrinkle removing, stop the bow angle adjusting and put the roll on bow locked position. Do not do any change in the bow setting bow warp angle with web materials is set. Air Turner Bar Systems are designed and manufactured to suit customers' particular application. There are six sizes for 90° entry or 180° turnover, with web widths ranging from 100mm to 3 meters, for horizontal or vertical mounting. The units are built as freestanding or bolt-on modules, complete with leveling braces and bolting down holes. They are designed to suit existing machine and site conditions. The framework is rectangular hollow section with specialized corner bracing incorporating the fine adjustment mechanism and mounting for the Turner Bars. Bars are tubular steel with bell mouth air holes, ground, polished and hard chrome plated. Air blow creates an air film assist to the bar. By choosing appropriate mounting positions, a variety of configurations can be obtained to enable a choice of entry and exit requirements. Path rollers are normally aluminum, statically or dynamically balanced. Air for flotation requires 5 CFM per 100mm web width at 10ins to 18ins W.G. depending on web tensions. Fans direct mounted on each Turner Bar can be supplied at the time of manufacture (option). For narrow web widths and special applications air flotation holes can be reduced for using compressed air or arranged as required.

For fast change over of un-winder/winder rolls air expanding shafts are required for core holding. Through its air valve air can fill and the air shaft will hold the core firmly by expanding the rubber bladder. Core gets released after removing the Air by thump press. Most commonly used cores are 3” ID core but bigger cores are also used where heavy weight of the unwind/re-wind rolls. Air expanding shaft is core-holding device suitable for 3” core inside diameter & 70mm core diameter. Lugs type Air expanding shaft is most commonly used for paper or PVC core holding. Square end Airshaft can be used with safety chucks for winding & winding.   The shaft can take load of 10kgs to 500kgs. Cantilever type Airshaft is available with one side shaft for mounting. Air valve can locate at face length or shaft end according to requirements. In case of failure of air shaft rubber bladder your service mechanic can easily replace the tube at your place itself. Importance is given to valve fitting and Teflon tape sealing of valve thread and to avoid damage of “O” rings. To avoid overfilling of air to avoid puncture of air bladder Air pressure Regulator filter Lubricator with pressure gauge so that know the in built air pressure inside the Air shaft. If require special hardened ends, bearing size it should be mentioned in your order. If less working width is used, the remaining Area of the shaft be inserted with empty core to avoid extra expansion of rubber bladder in the unused area of Air shaft to avoid blasting of rubber bladder.

Air chucks are meant for 6” inside diameter cores. Two Air chucks holds the Roll firmly. Individual air filling valve can be provided for each air expanding chucks.
