It shall be free from musty smell and off-odour and shall be creamy yellow in colour. It shall conform to the following standards: moisture: not more than 14.50 % (when determined by heating at 130-133° c for 2 hours). Total ash: not more than 1.0 % ( on dry weight basis) ash insoluble in dilute hcl: not more than 0.10% (on dry weight basis) gluten: not less than 6.0 % (on dry weight basis) alcoholic acidity ( with 90% alcohol ) expressed as h2so4 (on dry weight basis) not more than 0.18 % it shall be free from rodent hair and excreata.

We are offering maida flour. product reference standards maida means the fine product made by milling or grinding clean wheat free from rodent hair and excreta and bolting or dressing the resulting wheat meal. It shall conform to the following standards moisture: not more than 14.0 % (when determined by heating at 130-133° c for 2 hours). Total ash: not more than 1 % ( on dry weight basis) ash insoluble in dilute hcl: not more than 0.10% (on dry weight basis) gluten: not less than 7.5 % (on dry weight basis) alcoholic acidity ( with 90% alcohol ) expressed as h2so4 (on dry weight basis) not more than 0.12 %

We are offering chakki fresh atta-wheat flour. product reference standards atta or resultant atta means the coarse product obtained by milling or grinding clean wheat free from rodent hair and excreta. It shall conform to the following standards: moisture: not more than 14.0 % (when determined by heating at 130-133° c for 2 hours). Total ash: not more than 2 % ( on dry weight basis) ash insoluble in dilute hcl: not more than 0.15% (on dry weight basis) gluten: not less than 6% (on dry weight basis) alcoholic acidity ( with 90% alcohol ) expressed as h2so4 (on dry weight basis) not more than 0.18 %

We are offering gram flour. Product reference standards besan means the product obtained by grinding dehusked bengal gram (cicer arietinum) and shall not contain any added colouring matter or any other foreign ingredient. Besan shall conform to the following standards: total ash not more than 5.0 % ash insoluble in dilute hydrochloric acid not more than 0.5%
