The Blow-Through feeders has been used for many years in flour handling systems and non-abrasive material conveying systems in large bakeries, flour-mills etc. Being an integral part of the pipe line, Blow-Through Feeder allows the material into a pressure pneumatic conveying system in a very simple and positive way. Feeders in this services has limited range of application involving products which are relatively non-abrasive such as flour, finely ground coating clays, koalins etc.

NOTES: The sliding discs & seats tested for anti-seize Operation. Operation by Rack & Pinion gives full opening with half turn of the Box key. Locking arrangement in the gland is devised in such a way that the Box key can not be removed while the valve is open. All the Working Parts of S.S. Also Available as per TABLE-‘J’ on Request. The Blow Thru Rotary Airlock Valve is used in pneumatic conveying applications only, both positive pressure and vacuum. Instead of a typical outlet, blow thru rotary airlocks include two ports on the sides of the valve near the bottom. The conveying line pipe connects directly to the valve, with the air stream flowing through the rotor pockets. This design is very efficient, and works well on materials that tend to hang up in the rotor pockets. However, this valve is not recommended on abrasive products as the vanes will quickly wear. This unit is also very helpful in applications that have height limitations. Convey line adapters are provided to suit the application. Sizes: 6, 8, 10, 12 and 16 inch.

Blow down Valve "HP" make Continuous Blow down Valve is an angle type valve with a needle shaped trim in a venture diffuser. The venture diffuser provides sufficient area for the high velocity flashing water, thereby avoiding choked flow. "HP" make Intermittent Blow down (IBD) valves are designed to operate at predetermined intervals by releasing water & accumulated sludge periodically through a blowdown tap near the bottom of the boiler.
