Wardrobe shutters can be made to fit internal gap or covering the frame as per the design. accucel wardrobe shutters are fabricated from accucel rigid pvc foam profile fp 7114 & fp 6028 main frame element and fp 1210 & fp 1515 beading element to fix infill mirror panel 4mm thickness, 3mm high pressure laminate sheetorfixed/open iouvered and diamond profile infill panel. Conventional ss hinges / self closing auto closer spring hinges can be used to fix wardrobe shutters to the wardrobe frame. Fix the decorative corner moulding fp 3515 to impart elegant look. normally three hinges (75 x 75 x 25) are used to fixed wardrobe shutter after making rebate using 19 x 4 sheet metal csk screws similar to wood working.
