This machine is equipped with an oscillating rotor suitable to manufacture wet granulates of various granule sizes. Sieves are easily interchangeable. Rotor, sieve and all parts coming into contact with the materials are constructed of stainless steel. Each apparatus is supplied with one sieve each of 1.0 and 1.6 mm mesh size.The following mesh sizes are available for the wet granulator type WGS on request. 0.315, 0.63, 0.8, 1.0, 1.25, 1.6, 2.0, 2.5, and 3.15 mm. The capacity of the machine depends on the material and the mesh sizes of the sieve and is maximum 20-25 Kg*. per hour. The wet granulator is suitable for screwing on main Motor drive. The output depends on the material and the mesh size of the screen.

The vertical drive unit, completely maintenance free, is equipped with 1 HP, 0.75 KW, 230/415 V motor. The motor is controlled with DC thyristor drive for speed adjustable from 10 to 400 rpm in case DC, displayed on electronic rpm meter. The process time is auto controlled through timer relays. The various attachments can be quickly attached & interchanged to the main drive unit. A separate power supply socket is also provided for the attachments requiring heating.

The Universal Gear is required for adjusting the operating angle & for the speed reduction of various attachments. The gear allows infinitely variable adjustment of angle of operation from (0 to 60) degrees. The Gear is common to the following attachments (it is not necessary to purchase an individual gear for each attachment, they are interchangeable).- Miniature Ball Mill.– Coating Pan.– Cube Mixer.– Polishing Drum.– Double Cone Mixer.

This machine is used in the preparation of ointments, salves, pastes, doughs and similar products. The hourly production is from 2 Kg. To 12 Kg. depends upon the consistency of the material. The rolling action is produced by three hard stainless steel rollers, which are 110 mm long, and 50 mm diameter. The two outer rollers are spring supported to eliminate the possibility of damage to the rollers or to the operating mechanism. Space between rollers is regulated by turning one thumbscrew. Separation of solids from solids, liquids from solids and gradation of materials in accordance with their sizes have always presented problems, especially when large quantity of material is to be processed through finer screens. In recent times the most important development that look place it – the replacement of the conventional reciprocating motion by the gyratory motion in sieving and straining operations. Even if a particle is small it would pass through a screen only if its configuration relating to the opening is favorable. For a non-isometric particle, the axis must be correctly aligned with respect to the place of the screen. And the center of gravity of the particle must be above the aperture at any instant. Further, the amount of material on the screen should be such that passage of small particles is not obstructed by larger particles. It is therefore necessary to impart horizontal rotary motion to the particle by rotary motion to the particle by suitable means. Care also has to be taken to ensure that such motions, particularly during dry sieving of grading operation, should not be vigorous so as to cause size reduction of particles themselves or damage to the screen. CLIT Sieving Grading and Straining Machines was specially developed with above design features to provide gyratory vibration. The amplitude of vibration is adjustable to suit processing needs.

The MSS operates on the rotating cam principal. The intensity of the vibration can be adjusted by changing the speed of the drive unit. The Powder Mixer having horizontal half round bowl open on upper-side with acrylic cover and specially designed mixing blade having two stages both right and left hand, ribbon type mixing blades. The left and right hand spiral with upper and lower blade is rotated to circulate the material to be mixed. The half round bowl and spiral mixing blade made out of stainless steel. Within few minutes, it can be empty by tilting. Top cover provided with electro-magnetic interlock, which stops the motor of the Drive Unit automatically. The felt-lined drum is designed for polishing coated tablets. The covers, which locks quickly into places with three snap closures, as well as the bottom of the drums are lined with felt. All felt parts are easily exchangeable. The cover is fitted with acrylic sheet window, which permits the observation of the polishing process. CM Mini Roll Compactor is totally based on method of Dry Granulation. The powder charged in the feed hopper is predensified and fed between two counter rotating rolls. As the volume decreases through the region of maximum pressure, the material is formed into a solid compacted sheet. The densified sheets can then be granulated to any desired mesh size with use of CM Granulator or CM Communiting Mill.
