The top weight on the motor shaft rotates in a plane close to the centre of the mass of assembly. Rotation of the top eccentric weights creates vibration in the horizontal plane which causes material to move across the screen cloth to periphery increasing the horizontal throw, causing oversize material to discharge at a faster rate. The bottom eccentric weight rotates below the centre of mass creating tilt on the screen giving vibration in vertical and tangential plane. Increasing the vertical component of motion, this promotes turn over of material on the screen surface helping maximum quantity of undersize material to pass through the screen. Stoppering unit consist of Star wheel, Vibrator unit and Bowl. The sterilizedautoclaved rubber stoppers stored in the vibrator bowl moves vertically to the rubber stopper chute. The vial is hold firmly by star wheel, which will be in continuous rotary motion and vial which is coming from filling unit get in to star wheel and move in rotary direction along with star wheel, during movement it will pick up the rubber stopper from the exit end of the chute and rubber stopper will be pressed by fix pressing roller, which is spring loaded. Then vial further move on conveyor and collected on out feed star wheel for next sealing operation.

Latest Induction Cap Sealing Technology, to create alternative, airtight, hermetic seals on the necks of containers. The process can produce significant cost savings in the Packaging Process. The seal is strong, flexible & yet easy to remove and provides protection against contamination. Induction heating allows heat sensitive products such as creams, petroleum products, pesticides etc. which would normally gets spoiled or catch fire on normal heat sealing to be sealed. The sealing takes place without any direct contact which allows full potential of the filling plant to be utilized. The process of Induction Cap Sealing is based on the principle that a conductive material i.e. Al Foil heats up on exposure to high frequency magnetic field generated by an Induction Unit. This is a non contact process without direct heat transfer. Due to this, the sealable closure liner can be placed in the cap by the manufacturer. The Wad consists of a board packing material, a wax layer, Aluminum foil and a sealable film. The screw cap combination passes through the induction unit after closure of the container. When the container is under the induction head, heat is developed into the Aluminum layer. The wax layer starts to melt and penetrates into the board layer. The Sealing layer also melts & forms a tight seal against the lip of container. The necessary pressure is provided by the liner/screw cap combination. On opening the container, the board remains inside the cap and serves as a seal on further use, whereas the aluminium foil is permanently sealed on the rim of the mouth of container. Monoblock pre Filled Syringe filling and Stoppering machine Model - CPPFS is very compact and elegant PLC based GMP model for automatic filling and Stoppering operation of pre filled syringe. Paste preparation kettle is a semi-hemispherical jacketed bowl having two shaft extensions exactly opposite, which are fixed in Plummer block bearings. This jacketed bowl has connections for steam inlet / drain and also for steam pressure. When electric heating is to be used this jacket is filled with oil and that is heated by electric heater dipped inside the jacket. Depending upon the user requirement, paste preparation kettle has anchor or stirrer for stirring. On the shaft extension of the kettle, there is a worm and worm wheel which is turned for rotation of the paste kettle when someone wants to empty the kettle. Water is put inside the paste kettle bowl for heating and after it gets heated, starch or other binders are added to make a binder or paste. This paste is to be then used for wet granulation process in equipments like High shear mixers (RMG) or in Fluid bed granulators. Entire construction in Stainless steel Semi hemispherical bowl ensure that entire bowl can be emptied by rotating the worm wheel. Simplified construction enables ease of operation. Steam or electric heating is possible depending upon the user requirements. When used with stirrer / anchor the movement of anchor is forward and reverse using cyclic timer. The machine is HORIZANTAL TYPE & VERTICAL TYPE granulating system. The machine will be a gmp model. The machine is complete in all respects and fitted with T.E.F.C. motor. Standard reduction box and a starter. The body of the machine is "L" shaped fabricated structure and fitted with castor wheels for ease and mobility. Model 8" & 12" are vertical models whereas 6" & 10" model is horizontal model. The difference between vertical model and horizontal model is that in vertical model the oscillation is done by a gear mechanism and a vertical shaft is suspended from the top and a propeller type grinder blade moves in oscillating motion and material is pushed through the mesh to get the output of desired mesh size. In horizontal model there are diamond shaped blades horizontally fitted and driven by a gear box through gear mechanism to give oscillating motion. Hopper, the stirrers, sieves and all other parts that come in contact with the material to be granulated are made out of stainless steel. A simple and positive arrangement of holding and tensioning of the screen is provided. The arrangement is such that the screen remains stretched throughout the operation and very close and uniform gap is maintained constantly. Thus it produces better quality of granules and reduces excessive wear on both stirrer and the mesh. All the parts working on the materials being granulated can be easily and quickly dismantled for thorough cleaning without the use of spanners. Separate stirrers for dry and wet granulation are provided and they are so designed that the efficiency of granulation process is optimized in each case. Octagonal blender is a very precision machine, performing dry blending of powder or granules in only 10 to 30 minutes. This machine is utilized for mainly homogenizing, blending and also for granules lubrication as that facilitates better flow ability at a tablet press while compressing this granules. The container is brought close to the blender on special trolley having lifting arrangement. This lifting pallet ensures that the container is lifted and is aligned with the transition piece fixed with the blender outlet butterfly valve. This transition piece mouth is clamped with the outer periphery of the container using special type of clamps. Now after clamping the container (100 lits) the blender is inched till the container is vertically inverted over the blender. Now once the container reaches upward inverted position, the butterfly valve is made to open by special hand wheel so that entire content of the container gets unloaded into the blender. Once it becomes empty, the valve is closed and container is brought again downward by rotating the blender again by 180oC and another container is fixed and raised and in similar way and this way entire powder content is unloaded. By this method material is loaded in batches of 50 kg each. SALIENT FEATURES: Octagonal will be mirror polished from the inside & outside & structure will be matt polished.
