Cold water is continuously being circulated under the cooling area of the plate. Water is circulated using a electrically driven motor. Specific paths have been made using metal components for effective cooling of the batch. This technique results in faster cooling of the batch and more easily. Batch can also be manually mixed on cooling plate. Two sides offer more comfort immediate cleaning can be avoided.
