We provide pneumatic lint conveying system for press feeding purpose. The system can convey lint from Lint Halls/ Gin m/c to directly press m/c/ press H. We have supplied this type of system to all type  of presses (Automatic&  Manual)&  to nearly all press   manufacturers.  

All the features of the horizontal cleaner are designed by us for the ultimate efficiency and right performance. The inlet is so designed that the full width distribution of seed cotton is done. In our horizontal pre cleaner we have got individual grid bar screens for the gentle trash removal.    

Pneumatic Transport System for Lint from D.R.Gins to a Post Cleaner Machine :      With the help of this system contamination of lint is avoided. The system also helps in removal of dust, leafy particles and short fibers from good cotton. Studies have     shown that use of such system improves the grade of cotton. › Pneumatic Transport System from Post-Cleaning machine to Lint Halls :      The system generally comprises of Material Transport fan, duct line and stationery condensors in the Lint Halls. This reduces labour dependance and also prevents     contamination of Ginned Lint. The stationary condensors additionally contributes in removal of dust, leafy particles and short fibers. › Pneumatic Transport System from Post-Cleaning machine to Lint Halls to Press :    Presently we can offer systems to transport lint from the lint halls to an area adjacent to the press with a capacity of 160-180 Kilos within 2 to 3 minutes     depending upon the requirement.

The life of fix knife, moving knife , leather roller washers installed in Double Roller Gins also increases    significantly and enhances the working efficiency of the Double Roller Gin Stands.› Instead of reduction in labor force we can say with use of Janki Rath , the labors  require to feed  Individual Double Roller are totally or 100% eliminated.   There by reducing contamination in cotton & increase in output as the consistent supply of Raw cotton is ensured.  

Without changing/Disturbing fiber attributes we convey raw cotton/lint from one place to another pneumatically. For Raw cotton conveying there are different systems such as, conveying of R.C. from heap to prectaner or upto Gin House & Droppings is done automatically with the help of pneumatically operate dropper boxes the dropper box is again an indigenous design & having no wiping roll, hence there is no chance of formation of neps.
