Operation : Operator has to keep a tray of 100 Pre-filled syringes over the SS Stand. Then he has to put a stopper tray with suitable stoppers over the SS 316 Stopper Jig. He has to close the evacuation & Stoppering chamber. Now, he can start the machine. Automatic Stoppering cycle start one by one as per the programmed Stoppering cycle mentioned as under. 100 Stoppers are plugged into the Pre-filled syringes precisely after vacuum hold cycle. Operation : Syringes loaded on Stainless Steel Comby Tray. Prefilled syringe tray can Placed on the Comby Tray Stand. The Filling Syringes move in indexing position to fill the syringes next by next as a settable filling Volume using Pare static Pump. The filling unit consists of Filling Head, Syringes & Nozzles which are used for liquid filling. The syringes are made of SS 316 construction and both, glass as well as SS syringes can be used. A Star Wheel is provided which holds the vial during filling operation. A sensor is provided. On same station the Filled Vial pick the Rubber Stopper from Vibratory Bowl to the help of Delivery Suite and place the Stopper on Vial using the Roller pressure.

Ampoules feed from the Infeed tray are received on an Infeed Feed worm then moves on Infeed Star Wheel. The Grippers picks up the Ampoules from Infeed Star Wheel and invert it in neck down position over washing needles and move along with the needle bar for Washing. On completion of a cycle, washed ampoules are again inverted to neck upward position and feed to output star wheel. Washed ampoules received from output star wheel can be collected on Output Tray or can be pushed to tunnel.
