All controls are easily accessible and in easy reach of the operator. Panel can be operated in fully automatic mode or manual mode. Option of A.C. drives (VFD) or D.C. drives (Dimmer) for variable speed requirement. Precisely controls blending of virgin aggregates, asphalt and other additives at desired temperature to produce hot mix asphalt as per the required job mix formula. Heavy duty push buttons, toggle switches, knobs & levers are placed in logical manner / sequence for operating and controlling the plant. Feather touch button operating console is provided for pre setting & displaying variable parameters of ingredients as per job mix specification and functional parameters like plant output per hour etc. With in built safety devices like fuses, MCB, MCCB, relays, over load protection, emergency stop button etc. Indicating devices like lamps, meters etc. for no flow, burners, main power supply, variable speed and other constant speed motors. Mimic display ensures the functioning status of all components of the plant. Panel has the features of computer interfacing and provided with printer serial port and USB port.
