Mahavir Corporation manufactures PTFE Coated fiberglass one side silicon pressure sensitive adhesive tapes for temperature resistance up to +260째C. This tapes are used in sealing of polymer film in FFS, Impulse sealer, Band Sealer and Bags making machine. During this operation the plastic film is hot and sticky and the operation is made more efficient, if the sealing bars are covered with the strips of the PTFE coated glass fabric and PTFE coated glass fabric one side adhesive, which is a very good heat conductor and gives non-stick surface. Our MC 5NP OSA tapes are normally used in this application. We have also developed a fabric, which gives impression on the sealing area. Our MC 5NP CLOTH & MC 6NP OSA TAPES ('V' VARIETY) is specially used in Oil & Ghee packing. Our OSA FABRIC is also used as Release fabric for hot plate welding of plastics, PE/PU extrusion coating. OUR MC 5NP KN OSA fabric is used for covering of drying and sizing cylinder in textile and paper industries.

Ceramic fiber cloth contain absolute amount of binder material which is normally burned at lower temperature and does not affect the insulation property. Ceramic Cloth is a woven fabric made from high quality alumina silica fiber and especially mechanically needled for increased tensile strength and surface integrity in form of ceramic fiber yarn. It can be used for high temperature applications up to 2300 F. The cloth is reinforced with fiberglass filament, and optional Inconel/alloy steel wire. Ceramic fiber textiles feature excellent properties of lightweight, low thermal conductivity and chemical stability resisting attack from most corrosive agents. This cloth is widely used in welding, foundry works, aluminum and steel mills, boiler insulation and seal, shipyards, refineries, power plants and chemical plants.
