The blown film plant is further been categorized as monolayer film plant, three layer film plant (a-b-a), three layer film plant (a-b-c), two layer blown film plant. There is a difference between these plants as monolayer thin film consists of one extruder whereas three-layer film plants (a-b-a) and three-layer film plant (a-b-c), two layer blown film plant consists of two and three extruders respectively
