This Unit Is Used For Preparation Of Starch Paste. Conical Shape Ensures That The Heating Of The Starch Paste Is Uniform And Gets More Surface Area. The Tilting Type Arrangement Ensures Ease In Unloading The Paste Into Any Container Or Vessel. TECHNICAL FEATURES Conical shape bottom of the machine. Material discharge cock ( 2” Size or bigger size if specified ) at centre of the conical bottom is provided. Paste Preparation Vessel would be  with top loose open-able cover and 04 nos. of  legs with castor wheel ( if electrically heated ) and with fix plate ( if steam heated ). Jacket ( Water Jacket OR Steam Jacket ) made from M.S. / SS304 as per customer need. Jacket insulated with mineral wool & covered with M.S. or Aluminum or SS304, as per customer need. Vessel with tank mounted stand for geared motor. Geared   Motor mount on the stand and covered. Slow speed stirrer (Anchor type ) with geared motor for mixing of the paste. In electrically heated model, Electrical heaters with temperature controller is given. Operating panel provided with vessel. Outside surfaces will be insulated with SS304 and inside surface will be polished to the mirror finished.
