Steep bin walls and valley angels allow free flow of aggregates from the feeders minimizing hold up to materials in the corners and bridging with sticky aggregates. The bins supplied with adjustable calibrated gate openings and variable speed feeder drives, together offer total proportional control, greater flexibility and accuracy of operations to drum mix plants.

At the bottom of bins, adjustable gates are provided to regulate the flow of aggregate with four auxiliary conveyors. Gathering conveyor is equipped with scraper and driven by A.C. Motor. Aggregate from the Gathering conveyor is fed in to the drum by a slinger conveyor through vibrating screen.

Feeder Belts : Each feeder belt has multiple ply rated belting.Rollers are 4"-5" diameter.Feeder belts are to be driven by TEFC DC or AC Variable speed motors, with shaft mounted reducers.The head shaft pulley is self centring, herring bone lagged. The tail shaft wing pulley is self centring. Includes heavy duty self centring head shaft and tail shaft bearings. Collecting Conveyor : The collecting conveyor has multiple ply rated belting, supported on 20-35 deg. trunion rollers.
