Specification   Trolley is fabricated from M. S. Channel 75mm x 38mm and M. S. angle. Top camel hump shape is fabricated from aluminum sheet, M. S. with M. S. supports. All four wheels is of 8" X 3" size. Handle side wheels are revolving type and back side are fixed type.

It is fabricated from M.S. channel (10050mm) x 3mm wall thickness. Top roll will be fabricated from M.S. Seamless Pipe with ebonite quoting. The end shaft is of RIB constructed or as per customers requirement. we are also making it cladding of S.S. Sheet on batch roll. Front side pooling system is of swivel type M.S. fabricated bracket and with 10" x 2 wheel and also as per customer's requirement. Rare side is of fixed type 12" x 3" wheel. Batch coupling is fitted on batch roll for rotating.

Batch roller machine can use check batch fabric on inspection machine. you can transfer batch of fabric from one inspection machine to another inspection machine.
