Hence , the boiler responds quickly to the sudden Peak load steam demand. 30 mm wide Membrane Strips are used in between 63.5 mm OD Membrane Wall tubes , instead of 50 mm Wide membrane Strips nbetween 50 mm OD Mebrane Wall Tubes. Hence , the Membrane Wall cooling is more effective and Membrane Wall never get cracked owing to the high heat flux.
