In most cases, to ensure zero downtime, at a time only cylinders in one of the rows are used. "Flow-Tek" FT-LPRV- Gas Back Pressure Regulator is the ideal valve for low-pressure gas regulation. The FT LPRV works in conjugation with the in a low-pressure tank blanketing valve system.LPRV can be used to vent gas from the tank to prevent the blanketing pressure from rising to a level that could damage the tank while maintaining a small, constant flow to keep the blanket fresh. During filling, It opens to allow gas to escape as the vapor space in the tank grows smaller. The Model 243 service regulator is a large capacity industrial service regulator designed for commercial, industrial, and gas distribution use. As a result of the union connection between the fully interchangeable bodies and the diaphragm case, they have remarkable field versatility. They are easy to install, adjust, inspect, and service in all piping arrangements. The model 243 can be used in a variety of applications such as: factories, foundries, district regulator stations, commercial laundries, and all types of gas fueled equipment including boilers, burners, furnaces, ovens, heaters, kilns, and engines.  

The gas governors are conformity with EN 88 standard (2009/142/CE gas regulation). The governors are suitable to systems' installation with automatic gas burners including mixed and combined systems and to in industrial distribution systems. TECHNICAL FEATURES Compensation diaphragm, operating diaphragm and safety diaphragm: an external breather outlet pipe is not necessary as the incorporated safety diaphragm ensures that, in the event of breakage of the operating diaphragm, no gas leakage (over 30 dm3/h) is possible inside the room (in compliance with par. 3.3.2. EN88 specifications). INSTALLATION Install the governor with the diaphragm positioned horizontally (on horizontal pipes). Be careful to follow always the direction of gas flow indicated by the arrow on the governor.Suitable tools must be used for the governor fitting on the inlet and outlet hubs. Never effect leverage on the sleeve of the upper cover when fitting the governor. For all models with the filter inside, the governor is best fitted at a comfortable height from the ground so as to facilitate the filter cleaning (fit always a suitable gas filter upstream the governor).Make sure that the pipes are clean and aligned so the governor is not under stress. Do not remove the perforated diaphragm breather cap (3) and do not obstruct the hole, otherwise the governor will not work. Install the governor so avoiding contact with plastered walls. Make sure that the governor is suitable to the intended use.
