We are offering timing pulley, timing pulleys are used in applications where exact power needs to be transmitted with exact speed and gear ratios. These pulleys are used in diesel engines and automotive engines. Timing pulleys look like spur gears and have teeth that have pitch with specific diameter. They drive timing belts of the same pitch. The tooth forms are trapezoidal or curvilinear and are machined on hobbing or shaping machines. Plastic molded timing pulleys are finch molded with the required tooth form.

Helical gear box comes with variable ratios and rpm according to load you have to select perfect size and range.

Power drive:Worm reduction gear units are manufactured in different sizes & ratios in adoptable type as well as fix foot mounting type. It is available in various size ranging from 28 mm to 203.2 mm with the wide choice of ratio from 5:1 to 70:1 in single stage we are also manufactured in double reduction gear box of ration from 100:1 to 4900:1 Gear Housing :Gear housing in made of close grain best quality cast iron liberally designed to store adequate quantity of oil so as to achieve higher thermal rating. The housing is totally dust proof and oil tight. Worm:Worm and worm shaft is in single piece accurately made out of high grade alloy steel and is highly polished. Worm Wheels:The Worm is made of cast phosphorous Bronze rim shrunked and screwed on central iron boss. Teeth are accurately hobbed by generating process. To facilitate inchangeability each worm wheel is inspected to match the master piece. Bearing :The Tapper roller bearing are used in worm and worm wheel with ample capacity so that it can take fourmal and thrust loads. Oil Seals:Superior quality of oil seals are used Guarantee:Every power drive worm reduction gear unit is guaranteed for “ONE YEAR” Against manufacturing defects. If any gear is becoming defective within guarantee period the same will be repaired or replaced free of charge provided it is sent to our workds on site carriage paid.

Here is the P.I.V chain drive- positive power transmission yet infinitely variable – really stepless speed control.The sprockets of the P.I.V chain drive are two pairs of the cone- shaped radically – grooved wheels mounted on splined shafts. The chain is made from unique links which contain packes of self – tooth – forming hardened steel slats. Each slat is free to move sidewise and conform to the tooth shape of the paired sprockets. When the paired wheels are far apart the chain actually operates around a small diameter. When the wheels are close together the chain operates around a large diameter. This principle – varying the driving and driven diameters – is the principle on which all variable speed control with positive power transmission.
