PP BCF Yarn is also used for making weather strips for window sills. The need is of very good bulk and can also be siliconized for water-proofing. It is mostly in 1200 denier to 1800 denier range and in black, grey, white, brown and beige colors. Our PP BCF yarn has proven to be a very good yarn for this application and well accepted in the market.

Cable twisted two-ply or single ply twisted yarns are heat-set with Frise mechanism to give Frise yarn which is used to make tufted broadloom carpets or even carpet tiles of cut-pile look. Such cut pile carpets show textured look from some piles standing as cut while others curling up and standing as loop. The big advantage of such textured look is that it does not show marks of shoe or feet.

PET BCF Yarn is developing fast and taking up the place of costlier PA6 BCF yarn for residential applications. In the last couple of years, the growth of PET BCF yarn in the US markets is exponential. The most popular yarn configuration for this yarn is 10dpf in Frise Heat-set form but even 3.5dpf giving much softer feel is creating waves in the market. The yarn is most popularly made in 1200 denier – 2ply Frise Heatset form. They are generally dope dyed in beautiful bed-room colors but you can also get it in ecru/raw white color to dye it subsequently in your own colors.

Air entangled PP BCF yarns in tri-color combinations are used mostly for broadloom tufted carpets in loop pile configuration for making cheap tufted residential carpets and sometimes for carpet tiles also

We have developed excellent quality Polyester DTY for making Velvet Prayer Mats. The product is 450 denier /192f or 450 denier /216f Polyester DTY HIM Bright Tri-lobal Dope Dyed Yarn in more than 50 colors. The dope dyed colors give streak-free plain color Prayer mats in beautiful colors and the feel is velvet like.

Normal air entangled PP BCF yarn in different single/solid colors are used in different deniers for making area rugs of beautiful designs. Denier could be anywhere from 2200 to 2600 for 43 to 50 shots qualities.

This is new type of PP Secondary Backing more prevalent now. The warp is the conventional PP Tape and the weft is PP CF Yarn. The construction remains the same leno weave giving a good dimensional stability to the carpet.

Nylon6 BCF Yarn is available in raw white or ecru color for the purpose of making dyed and printed broadloom carpets. This is generally available in 1000 Dtex or 1100 Dtex and made into cheap loop pile printed carpets.

PP Primary Backing cloth is woven on wide width Sulzer looms and used extensively for Tufted Carpet production. They are available in different qualities or GSM and different construction of warp and weft to enable production of lighter, medium or dense carpet production. If you need to produce Dense carpets, putting more stitches on the tufting machine, you need to go for denser or higher gsm primary backing cloth. The most common quality is 112 * 63 with about 95 gsm. We specialize in customizing the Primary Backing cloth exactly to the needs of your tufting machine and to your market and product needs. PP Bcf yarn can be single twisted into 110 to 120 tpm twist levels and then heat-set to give a pinpoint pile yarn which not only gives higher definition of the designs but the appearance of the rug lasts longer due to the twisted pile yarn standing up better and longer compared to normal bcf yarn.

Polyester Bundled yarns or Multiply yarns as they are also known as, are used for a variety of effects in the Area Rugs like 3D effects in the designs, photo like similarity, Persian fine knot design effects, etc.Currently, we have more than 15 different types of specialty multiply yarns to make different types of rugs in the same loom. Felt backing is now being increasingly used at the back of both printed tufted carpets and graphic pp carpets. It gives weight and substance to lower pile weight carpets and gives them a fuller look. The felt backing also acts as an underlay and increases the life span of the cheap carpets. They are available in various colors like sky blue, light green, light beige and white. Most commonly, the 150 gsm felt backing is used for printed tufted carpets.

Two or more plies of PP BCF yarn can be cable twisted together and then straight heat-set into a tough yarn which last longer and gives a plush, cut-pile carpet in broadloom or a tough strong rug which lasts longer and gives more definition of the design.

In the manufacturing of machine-made carpets and rugs, the woven rugs or tufted carpets need to be finished with a coating of latex compound at their back. This not only gives good anchoring of the piles to the primary backing or woven substrate but also gives weight and handle to the carpet. Depending on what type of handle and feel is required, the type of latex can be chosen and this needs to be applied after adding various chemicals and calcium to the latex as per recipe worked out by each factory. We have developed a very special Dope Dyed Polyester Bath Rug yarn of low dpf. The yarn configuration is – 1200 denier / 1152f * 2ply – 130 tpm – Straight Heatset on Superba.
