Working Principle: The material is entered through the inlet hopper and drops on the rotor blades. Equipped with a number of oscillators bars enclosed in a cylindrical case, the vertical granulator allows the particles to break down into the desirable shape and size. Th processes material is finally drained out from the bottom opening. With flexibility in varying speed and force applied to the material, the quality of final material could be significantly improved. The granulating chamber and internal parts are totally washable from inside. The inner surfaces are mirror polished to prevent adherence of the product and facilitate cleaning. Sliding rails and fast fixing devices allow easy mounting and dismantling of the accessories.
