This is a heavy duty motorized Jewellery rolling mill for breaking down gold and silver production. Designed for small as well as large size jewellery workshop. The rolling machine is made of high grade of steel and pass through the process of hardening and plate with chromium that is both suitable for gold and silver flattening. Structure: the structure of the rolling mill is a sturdy electro-welded steel frame with double coat baking painting. The cylinders uprights are obtained from spheroidal cast iron. Rollers: the rollers are made of special alloy steel with a grinded surface hardness W.P.S with mirror finish, hard chromium plating. Cylinders displacement: manual displacement by hand wheel. Drive: the rolling mills are driven by a SPEED electric motor. On board there is a control panel that includes all devices of maneuver and control.

The WD4 , WD6 and WD10 PASS drawing machines are designed for drawing gold and silver wire.
