Their linear bottle washing equipment features six internal zones for washing available with 60 and 120 jets. The machine is quite strong with contact parts manufactured from SS316-grade materials. Other than that, the main machine is constructed from SS304 materials. You can use this tool for washing bottles of approximately 10 to 200ml measurements. Additionally, the machine is also attached with 2tanks and pumps, thus offering smooth operations. Our machines have CE certifications. One of the most beneficial features of the machine is that its washing order and sequence entirely depend on customer needs. Additionally, the independent cleaning zones ensure zero contamination. The device exhibits a water-consumption capacity of 500 to 700 liters per hour. With this equipment, you will have the opportunity of distinguishing five different washing zones. Power consumption of the equipment is 5.0HP, which makes it energy efficient and low-power consuming. The machine is also capable of producing 240 bottles in a minute and works on the linear cleaning mechanism.
