Spun Bonded Cartridge filters are manufactured through a process that thermally bonds pure Polypropylene microfibers with lower density at the outside surface and progressively higher density toward the center. The fluid to be filtered passes through the filter matrix and retains the particles inside the matrix which provides high efficiency and longer filters life. Spun Bonded Cartridges can be used either as a pre-filter or final filter for industrial, chemical process, pharmaceutical, foodbeverage, cosmetics, water and other applications.

Multigrade Sand Filter also consist of a vertical or horizontal pressure vessel with a set of frontal pipe work and valves, media consist of different sizes and grade mixed and supported by layers of pebbles and gravels, a top distributor to distribute the incoming water uniformly throughout the cross section of the filter, and an under drain system to collect filtered water. This filter performs at a substantially higher specific flow rate than conventional filters.
