Springs acting as buffers for cabin and counter weight are fitted in elevator pit, on concrete blocks. It sustains full load of the cabin or counter weight, in case of emergency. They are recommended up to a speed of 2msec of the elevator. Innovative and patented system: progressive braking power is generated by expanding the C-profiled Safety blocks main body, which is acting as a C-type spring. A spring buffer is one type of buffer most commonly found on hydraulic elevators or used for elevators with speeds less than 200 feet per minute. These devices are used to cushion the elevator and are most always located in the elevator pit. Buffer shall be located symmetrically with reference to the vertical centerline of the car frame or the counterweight frame, within the tolerance of 2 inches. There are two principal types of buffers in existence: Energy accumulation: accumulate the kinetic energy of the car or counterweight. Energy dissipation: dissipate the kinetic energy of the car or counterweight.

Imperforate doors are made like the manual collapsible doors but have flaps attached to it. These flaps make sure that when the door is closed no opening is left in the doors. Cut outs are made in the door for the purpose of having a look on the other side of the door.  These doors may be used for landings as well for car.  Imperforate doors are available in Mild steel and Stainless steel. Mild steel doors are painted for corrosion resistance. These doors may be used instead of collapsible doors for extra safety.
