Gyrator screen is useful and impart for solid liquid, screening. The motor rotations vibration to an entire screen assembly mounted on the springs, which gives material desperation, stirring and movement due to rotary multi plane motion given by Heavy duty vibration Motor, Feed material continously moves in horizontal motion on Vibro Screen surface as per Loop pattern. The vibratory screens are used to separate materials by partical size, shapes and small amount of oversize material. Unbalance Vibrating Motor is used as drive for vibrating Machine for bin discharging product feeding, screening etc. Different type of material can be handle such as Minerals, Refractories, Dyes, Chemicals, Intermediates, Food Product etc. The Vibration Motor are available in 3000, 1440, 980 & 750 RPM and from 1HP to 5HP.

Designed for use in the sizing of Minerals, Ceramics, Refractories and other powders. The principle on which the Jaykrishna Multi-Form grader operates is equally adaptable for the handling of many ceramic products. The Unit is more than "Just a Screen" It is is a precision tool for producing accurate grades, not merely rough groupings of sizes. It is economical of power and space; screen life is long; upkeep low. Flexible in its adaptability to widely different materials and conditions, it is unyielding in the uniformity of grades produced. The Permanent magnetic trap (filter ) are use for filtration of iron particles from products in liquid form. They are also frequently used in hydraulic circuits in cooling systems. Magnetic system is built up either of anisotropic ceramic or High intensity Rare Earth magnets. The Magnet unit is enclosed in stainless steel or M.S.Housing making it suitable using in chemical , Paper & Ceramic industry.The Magnetic unit is easily removable from the S.S. enclosure by loosening a few quick release fasteners. Jaykrishna Suspension Type Magnets are most useful for products carried by the Belt Conveyors. Use of Suspension Type Magnets is recommended for products with low contamination. However if the frequency of the impurities is too high, these will make a layer shunting magnetic field. The equipment will require frequent cleaning. For such applications Over Band type Magnetic Separator is recommanded. The main applications are for the processing of Bulk products such as Sugar, Coal, Minerals, Cereals, Coffee, Glass, Culets etc.

Plate Magnets can ideally be used to remove tramp iron from the moving material carried in chutes ducts, spouts or on conveyor belts, screens and feed trays. Whether the material is plastic or paper pulp, food or fertilizer, Oil seeds or gains the result is sure protection of processing machinery and iron free final products.

The magnetic Drum pulley replaces the drive pulley at the end of conveyor belts. In view of the wide variety of conveyor belt types, the drum pulley are supplied made to measure and ready for installation. As the figure clearly show, the magnetic head roller extracts the iron particles from the material flow and carries them to the underside of the belt where they are removed and collected. Head roller magnets for conveyor belt are supplied in permanent magnets. The version with permanent magnets are fitted with powerful and An-Isotropic Hard ferrite Magnets /high intensity Rare Earth Nd-Fe-B Magnets and operate without the need for power supplies. The magnet system is available in two types: with Longitudinal polar field distribution for use with low levels of iron contamination and thin material layers, and with lateral polar field distribution for greater material thickness and larger iron particles.

If not, fixed Permanent Suspension Magnets are more suitable. The speed of the belt , the nature of the product, its density, its granulometry and the size of the pieces which have to be extracted are on of the parameters to be taken into consideration when choosing the type of Overband. The Magnet is made of High Intensity Stroncium Ferrite Magnets and is guaranteed for the Magnetic Power through out the life of installation. A Non - Magnetic Stainless steel Plate is provided to cover the poles of Magnet. There is no need for any electrical supply or maintenance.

Construction: Two U-section pieces are fixed on the Magnet by Fastening ears and are supporting bearings of Drums. Drums are equipped with shafts mounted on removable hubs. All bearings equipped with stakes for tightening the belt. The belt is driven by a Reduction Gear Coupled to Electric Motor / Geared Motor by Vee- belts. Magnet Unit: The Magnet is made of High Intensity Stroncium Ferrite Magnets and is guaranteed for the Magnetic Power through out the life of installation. A Non - Magnetic Stainless steel Plate is provided to cover the poles of Magnet. There is no need for any electrical supply or maintenance. Installation : These units can be installed either inline over the terminal head pulley (Fig - 1. ), or transversal to the conveyor (Fig - 2). In both cases, it is necessary to foresee Non- Magnetic products under the Magnetic Field. The most effective position is inline (Fig - 1) over the head pulley. The material being conveyed is in virtual Suspension and Tramp Iron is therefore more readily extracted. Very good results are obtained by combining a Permanent Magnetic Overband with Permanent Magnetic Pulley at discharge end.

The Machine incorporates high energy Rare Earth Neodymium Permanent Magnetic Roll Assembly, which is manufactured and assembled under strict quality control and specification to Generate unsurpassed Magnetic Field Gradients. Under this High Intensity Magnetic Field, weekly Magnetic Contamination can be easily removed efficiently. Magnetic Rolls available in 65, 75 & 100mm Dia. & widths up to 1200mm. In three different Magnetic Strengths 8,000 Gauss, 20,000 Gauss and 22,000 Gauss. A 0.5 HP, variable speed DCAC Geared Motor drive adjustable from 0 to 100 RPM Drives the Roll. Vibratory Feeder with Controls provided for Feeding. Abrasion resistant endless conveyor Belts with thickness of 0.8mm is provided for the Machine. Testing facilities are available on Machine at our works. A small sample of around 5-10 Kgs. of Material can be tested free of cost and the performance of our Machine can be demonstrated.

Magnetic Humps are used where the flow of material is vertical. The material falling strikes directly on the first magnet changes direction and falls over the second magnet, ensuring clean outflow of material. The Magnets are of Hinged type and can be easily opened for periodic cleaning. Hump Magnets can be supplied to suit any size of PipeDuct.

We manufacture and distribute magnetic sweepers, without easy load release. Hang type sweepers, This is Ideally used to collect the iron scrap from the workshop floor. The Coolant Fluid with iron Dust particles Falling by Gravity to the Inlet of the Separator from the Precision Machine Tools such as Grinders, Milling Machines, Automates etc. The Coolant with Iron impurities come in to contact with Magnetic Drum and extracts all Iron particles. The Magnetic drum is kept clean at all times by a Scrapper Blade along the circumference. A rubber Roller Squeezes the sludge gathered to ensure that no coolant is wasted.
