Equipment for open width scouring & Bleaching of fabric in batch form. Capable to process cottons & blends in a batch as big as 1600 mm dia. SJ 1000 requires less space. Chemicals and man power as compared to conventional rope bleaching in kiers & pit pliers hence saving in all areas. The machines are available from 1500 mm to 3400 mm fabric width. SJ 1000 Saves Chemicals : Besides comparatively low liquor ratio, SJ 1000 has a pneumatic squeezing system, the temperature of the fabric is maintained about 76 C for a much longer period than in a normal Jumbo Jigger. This reduces process time and saves chemicals. SJ 1000 Saves Labour : SJ 1000 need one operator whereas 10 normal Jigger giving equivalent production need 05 operators. If there are three shifts, saving would be equivalent to 15 – 3 = 12 operators / day. SJ 1000 Saves Space : Space requirement of SJ 1000 is only about 18’ x 12’ saving vital shop floor space against big space availing method of jigs. Rope bleaching , J-Box, etc. SJ 1000 is a Quality Bleacher : In case of SJ 1000 entire lot of fabric gets chemical treatment in one machine whereas in jiggers , different lengths of one lot are treated where parameters of liquor ratio, temperature of bath. time durations are very likely to vary thus getting inconsistent bleaching results.
