FIBC Bags, also known as Jumbo Bags Bulk Bags, are one of the most cost effective types of packing for storage and transportation of a wide range of materials such as chemicals, food, metal etc.

The Q bag design is constructed by sewing polypropylene baffles across the four corners of the FIBC bag. Thus, when the bag is filled, the baffles prevent the sides from bulging out or falling over when being stored or transported, giving the bags a straight shape.

Produced from single tubular fabric, the 1-and 2- Loop Bags are widely accepted as being more cost effective than the traditional 4- Loop Bags used. Compared to the standard four loop bags, these bags have different construction. The body-fabric of the bag itself is extended into a lifting loop which gives the bag a higher breaking strength and makes the FIBC easier to lift. The loops can be wrapped with coloured sleeves which provides assistance in separating different bags as per their application. An inner liner is usually incorporated to keep the product being carried both clean and dry. These bags find their usage primarily in the agricultural sector but are also used for storing and transporting goods like powders and minerals. Cargo Packing -Fabric Liner in larger dimension is produced for cargo industry to apply as an additional protective feature. It is used as a complete liner for large sized containers. It is made up of aluminium fabric which contains thermal and moisture insulation features. This kind of liner is highly applied to containers or smaller size packaging options which are used to pack materials like sugar, chemicals, flour, salt, etc.

U-Panel bulk bags (FIBC) have one (1) continuous piece of fabric for a side, bottom, and opposite side panel creating a “U” shape. The remaining sides and top panel are then sewn in to construct the bag.  U-Panel bags are an industry standard and provide a great mix of stack-ability, strength, and affordability.

FIBC bags are manufactured by polypropylene woven fabrics that are stabilized against UV degradation. Each bulk bag can contain load capacities between 500kgs to 2000kgs with safety of 5:1 or 6:1 (5:1 is for Single use & 6:1 is for multiple use or for UN bags), depending on the bag design and size. Optional LDPE inner liner can be included to provide additional protection against moisture ingress.
