U-Panel bulk bags (FIBC) have one (1) continuous piece of fabric for a side, bottom, and opposite side panel creating a “U” shape. The remaining sides and top panel are then sewn in to construct the bag.  U-Panel bags are an industry standard and provide a great mix of stack-ability, strength, and affordability.

The standard FIBC bag is the 4-Panel big bag, or the corner loop big bag. This standard big bag with (standard) open top, closed bottom and four lifting loops, is very suitable for transporting and storing various types of light and finer raw materials, waste materials and building materials such as ornamental gravel, split, garden waste, firewood and wood pellets. Because of the four corner loop lifting loops, stitched at the side seams, the big bag is easy to lift. Four (4) panel bulk bags (FIBC) have seams along four separate pieces of fabric that are sewn together to construct the body of the bag as well as having the top and bottom panels sewn in. Four panel bags tend to hold their shape better than other types of bags and are better suited for stacking.

The Standard Bag includes Builder Bags, Tunnel Lift Bags, Corner and Cross-Corner Loop bags with various Top and Bottom attachment options. Designed to carry load ranging from 500 to 2000 kgs, with Safety Factor of 5:1/ 6:1, such bags offer better storage and transportation against the traditional woven sacks. The Builder Bags are primarily used to store construction materials like gravel, sand, stone etc. and are of the construction Open Top and Flat Bottom. Tunnel Lift Bags are an improved version of the Builder Bags which helps reduce manpower cost and filling time of the bags.
