Psyllium seeds are a medicinal plant product of dried ripe seeds of plantago ovata forks (farm. Plantaginancae) and it has been cleaned free for all dust, agri farm fibers, wastes, mud, stones and iron particles. The seed has 40% Linoleic Acid (LA), an important fatty acid essential to health.

When psyllium seeds are processed to make psyllium husk, the extraneous material left is termed as Psyllium Kha-Kha Powder i.e. Psyllium Industrial Dust. It is byproduct of psyllium husk. Psyllium Kha-Kha Powder can be used for the construction of pathway, courts, car parks, cycle paths, schoolyards and all other path surfacing used in garden design and Application.

Psyllium husk powder is the pulverized form of husk. Its gradient depends on its sieve size. It is cooling, laxative, anti-diabetic, antichronic, soothing, etc.

Its nutritional value consists mainly of glycosides, proteins, polysaccharides, vitamin B1, and choline. Fiber content of over 80% compared to less than 15% for oat bran and 10% for wheat bran. The husk is composed mostly of a fiber called hemicellulose which is a complex carbohydrate found in whole grains, fruits and vegetables. Hemicellulose is un-digestible, however, it is partially broken down in the colon and feeds the friendly intestinal flora.

Psyllium Husk consists of the epidermis and the collapsed adjacent layers removed from the dried ripe seeds of Plantago Ovata. Psyllium husk contains huge amount of soluble and insoluble natural fibers responsible for it's laxative action.
