    Our Ring Doubling Machine is a versatile solution for ring diameters from 2”, 2", 2.1/8”, 2.1/2", 3". Its uniform and multifunctional operations are suitable for process type of cotton, polyester, P.V., Acrylic and Silk threads. Machine spindle range is variable, can be customized by use of light as well as heavy duty spindle fittings depending on product and machine operation requirements.For desired output range, thread type machine speed and spindle RPM is also variable from 8000 rpm to 11500 rpm.   Advantages Two line roller and hard chromium plating. Less noisy & less power consumption. User can change automatically TPM setting by PLC & HMI control system instead of manual gear change. Optimum production & Easy to operate.
