A flat scored and slotted sheets forms a solid base for carrying and storage of products.   This “Topless Box” can also be used as a lid for HSC.   Trays are often used for display purposes or used with a shrink wrap.  

RSC is the most common yet highly efficient design for most products.   All flaps are of the same height and the two outer flaps normally the lengthwise flaps meet as they are one-half of the container's width.   The only overlaps are the flap for glued or stitched manufacturing joints and the inner flaps.

Partitions or Interlockers provide a separate cell for each product to be packed in a box. They are used primarily for glassware and fragile products.   Individual cell separates and protects the products, while making it user friendly on products that are similar in size and larger in quantity.

We also do HDPE Lamination, BOPP Glossy Lamination, Matt finished Lamination, Jute Lamination, Food grade coats, and colour coats on boxes as per client’s prerequisite.   The laminated boxes are known for their adherence to standards & norms and are commonly used for water proofing, chemical resistance etc. Our offered laminated boxes are suitable for attractive and decorative packaging.  

HSCs are frequently used for both shipping and shelf storage, or other applications where the cover must be removed and replaced frequently. The cover of HSC extends over less than 2/3 the depth of the body, distinguishing is from the partial telescope containers.  

Full Overlap Slotted Containers are especially resistant to rough handling.   All flaps are of the same height and their height equals the width of the box, so when closed, the outer flaps comes within one inch of a complete overlap.   Stacked on its bottom panel, the overlapping flaps provide extra cushioning, and if stacked on its side, the extra thickness provides stacking strength.

The Die-cut boxes are custom designs with many more styling possibilities allowing unusual cuts, slots and scores. Die-cut boxes require the creation of a cutting die.
