The automatic linear vial washing machine is used for the washing of vials in the pharmaceutical industry. Linear vial washer comes in two models DLVW-150 and DLVW- 80. The model DLVW 80 has a capacity of washing 40 to 80 vials per minute where as DLVW-150 is capable of washing 60 to 150 vials per minute. Process of operation The vials are fed to the infeed tray and transferred to the conveyor belt which aligns the vials in the accurate position. The vials are inverted by an infeed worm and fed to an indexing device. Water nozzles enter the vials and sprays the jets of water inside the vials. The water stops after the completion of washing cycle. The vials are indexed by the indexing device for the next washing cycle.
