The performance of Metal Expander Roller usually depends on certain factors like lead in-lead out distance, wrap angle, position of blow (adjustable), etc. 3:1 lead in & lead out ratio is considered to be the best for Metal Expander Roller. The lead out distance preferably should not exceed more than three times of the diameter of expander roller. Moreover, to achieve best results bow roller should be placed perpendicular to the web direction. Available Sizes : Length up to 8000 mm Diameter up to 300 mm
