We are Manufacturing Vibrators from 0.25 H.P. to 3 H.P. in 2, 4, 6, 8 pole.These vibrators are used for separation of material, smooth flow of materials on long conveyers, also to avoid clogging/chocking of materials in pipelines.  

These motors are specially used for Winding Application.These motors can give uniform winding at variable speed.  

These Motors are Supplied with higher grade of balancing keeping VIBRATION LEVEL less than 5 MICRONS.These motors are used for Spindle Application in GRINDING MACHINES and similar type of machine tools Application.  

These Motors are Specially Designed for operation with Variable Frequency Drives at lower RPM.The Windings are such that Every Parameter is taken care at lower RPM of Motor.As such, our Standard Motor Are suitable upto 50% of Rated Frequency.  

Helical in-line geared motor upto 2 H.P. in various ratios as per requirement are available.  

We are specialized in GEARED BRAKE MOTOR units upto 2 H.P. in various gear ratio.Unit is supplied with D.C. Brake 190 V D.C. for faster operation.  

Flange mounted motors as per IS:2223 are available.Special type of flange mounts are available on request,if required.Face mounting for mounting V1 and V3 also available on request.Motors can be also supplies with B3/B5 construction as a special requirement.

Standard supply voltage and frequency are 415 +- 10% and 50 Hz +- 5% with a combine variation of voltage and frequncy +-5%. If required motors with 110V, 220V, 240V, 380V, 460V, 690V with 50/60 Hz supply can be given on request.

Brake Motors are offered for various applications requiring almost instantaneous stopping of driven load. These motors are offered in frame size 63 to 160L. Their operation is of "fall safe" type. i.e., the brake is supplied when power to the motor is switched off of or if power failure occurs.
