The handrail portion of the handrails shall not be less than 6 mm nor more than 50 mm in cross-sectional dimension, or the shape shall provide an equivalent gripping surface. The hand grip portion of the handrails have a smooth surface with no sharp corners. The mounting and components of the handrails are capable of withstanding a load of 30 Kg per linear mtr, Lateral.
