CHEMXSEAL 32-17 is fire retardant, aqua based, vapor barrier sealant for low, medium, and high pressure or high velocity- metal, fiberglass and flexible heating. CHEMXSEAL 32-17 does not contain Asbestos, Lead, Mercury or Mercury Compounds.   Recommended Use CHEMXSEAL 32-17 applies to clean, dry, oil free and sounded surface, by power extrusion or trowel uniformly a 2” wide coat over the joint @ 2 to 2.2 gallon/100 ft . To2 tal coverage 40-55 ft 2/gal. Allow the completed joint to dry at least 24 hours above 25 0c before pressure testing. High humidity (over 70%) and or cooler temp. may retard drying.
