MINERAL MASTER offers Calcite under trade name MASTER CARB is a natural Calcium Carbonate with extremely high whiteness, purity and free flowing in nature. It is widely used in Thermoplastic application because of its compatibility with Polymers and other organic additives. Calcite has got suspension properties which increases the dispersibility in both aqueous and Non-aqueous system. It acts as a spacing extender in Liquid & Powder Paints.

Hydrated lime (or calcium hydroxide, or slaked lime) is usually a dry powder resulting from the controlled slaking of quicklime with water. The exothermic or released heat of reaction is captured and used to evaporate the excess slaking water. For "slurry lime" excess water is not evaporated and the hydrate remains as a water suspension . Hydrated Lime is manufactured through the lime or we can say that the Limestone is the raw material of Hydrated Lime. It is available in various percentages varying from 60% to 90% the mostly used percentage of Hydrated Lime is 80 % and 85 % rest is made according to the requirements and orders of the factory. It has magnesium, silica, iron, aluminum and calcium carbonate and other impurities. The color, mesh value as well as the percentage of iron, aluminum, silica and other impurities varies according to the percentage of hydrate lime. The best type of Hydrated Lime is that in which there is less percentage of impurities and other materials.

MINERAL MASTER offers MICA under trade name of MASTER MICA is chemically Silicate of Aluminum with some water of crystallization. MICA contains one or more elements like Potassium, Sodium, Magnesium, Lithium, Vanadium and Iron, sometimes also Barium and Manganese. Mica occurs in lamellar form and it exhibits a electrokinetic’s forming structures which have a marked effect on viscosity and Thixotropy.
