Neelkanth Jib Cranes are built to consistently high specifications conforming to IS-307 and 3177 and having earned on enviable reputation for reliability, minimum maintenance and free swinging. Jib arm fabricated from heavy section "I" beam and triangular truss construction for reducing deflection to acceptable limits. Jib post is held in bearing housing brackets at either ends. The brackets ore anchored with the main pillar by turned -buckle bolts to ensure perfect alignment and easy assembly operation. Neelkanth make Auxiliary Crab is a special designed Crab. Depending on the purpose of crane is intended to serve, the trolley con be fitted with two hoist of different Capacities. One of them is referred as main hoist & other as the auxiliary hoist of lower capacity to get the advantage of power saving. Its getting variable combination which a simple Crab can contain.  

Neelkanth hoists are manufactured in compliance to IS-3938-1979 to meet different class of duty applications. The special features are low headroom, spur/helical gears running on antifriction ball bearings with lubrication, motor conforming to IS-325, "Fail to safe” brakes which automatically operates in case of any power failure. The tested wire rope & forged hook are used conforming to IS-2266 and IS-3815 respectively. The control of the hoist is effected through a pendent push button station. The control voltage shall be 110 volts, 50Hz, AC. Neelkanth electric overhead travelling cranes are designed & manufactured in accordance with IS-3177 to adequate the factor of safety with respect to suitable duty classification. The structural parts of the crane are designed in accordance with IS-807. The Bridge girder is manufactured in the form of box type structure from tested plates confirming to IS-226. Special care is taken for bending & torsional loadings with adequate factors of safety. Product range includes Single girder crane, Double girder crane, Jib crane, Goliath/Gantry crane & HOT crane to suit customer’s specific requirements to handle the material most efficiently. Neelkanth goods lifts are of two types: One is counter weight type and another is cage hoist type. Both type of lifts are suitable for wall type canopy as well as self-supporting steel structure. Cage hoist type goods lift is most popular design of Neelkanth and proven to wise application of goods lifts. The balancing weight type goods lift is having lifting machine with drive pulley, helical gear box, motor and brake. The lifting machine is mounted at top in machine room.The lifting is with four rope construction and each rope has four fall construction. This special arrangement is made considering heavy loading and continuous operation. This is most efficient design in comparison to the arrangement of passenger lift used in goods lift by most of the manufacturers.Every single rope is having rated capacity with min. 6 F.S. which is four fall construction will provide four time the required F.S. Hence even in case of breakage of three wire rope out of 4 nos., the cage will not fall. This is extra safety over other conventional similar type goods lift.
