Hopper can be completely dismental for easy cleaning  Multiple dosing of injectable powder or changeover of container size and different fill size is possible by just changing the vial separator or size of the piston respectively. Special clutch devices are provided on vial separator for safety purpose. Vacuum filter will be of PVC transparent material with nylon cartage having length of 10”. Ease of maintenance – due to less number of moving parts.   Machine working sequence: Conveyor of Auger Powder filling machine feeds bottles from left to right. The bottle fed in a linear motion on the conveyor then it will be sensed by sensor which gives signal to the magnetic clutch It will rotate the augar and required amount of powder will be filled in bottle. Finally the bottle will be filled with powder as per the required quantity and it will index further through on single stack conveyor to the downstream machine.   Production Rate Output and accuracy of the machine is subjected to flow property of the powder and other related conditions. But for calculation purpose usually 30 Gms of fill gives an   output of 10 BPM

Empty bottles are indexed by Star wheel then they are enter in to the the respective filling head.
