The Sparkle Filter has wide usage in pharmaceutical and cosmetic industry for filtering out the foreign and unwanted elements from liquid. The filter is manufactured with two options viz. deep plate for high percentage of cake holding capacity & shallow plate for small percentage of cake capacity.

Self Cleaning Filters are widely used for continuous filtration requirements without any replacement of Filter Consumables and Exposure of operators. Like auto backwash filter, Scrapper Mechanism Self Cleaning is used for preliminary filtration following the same principle of differential pressure; the only difference is, it is used for applications where back washing medium is not available. In other words, Scrapper Mechanism Self Cleaning Filter is used where in one cannot introduce any additional substance for back washing.

Hepa Filters are designed to meet requirements of very fine filtration up to 0.3 micron at high efficiency of 99.99 %. We have added a new feature in conventional Hepa Filters by using spun bonded polyester media which is easy to clean and maintain. 

Pleated Dust Collection Cartridges are made up of 100 % spun bonded polyester media, unlike pleated dust collection bags media with different coatings on it, as per the requirement of the applications. Construction-wise Pleated Dust Collection Bags & cartridges are similar. They differ only in variation of filtration area. Dust collectors’ manufacturers / OEMs can replace conventional tube bags with pleated dust collection bags & cartridges with just a few minor changes in the present equipment design. This polyester media is made-up of high tenacity filament yarn without using any binding agent. Thus, hard finished material is very stable against hot gas attack &are structurally durable. This unique & hard finished material provides features of good pleat ability, high durability, and unique structure of very fine filament yarn which offers high performance in filtration. Thermally tight bonded media provides better wash ability, excellent pleat ability, stable structure, fine dust release & good resistance of particle penetration into the media. The filter media is pleated in different pleated depths & heights to accommodate desired filtration area

Duplex filter can be used universally as a coarse and fine filter on the suction or on the pressure side. Filter operation is maintained without interruptions during the cleaning phase. The duplex filter is cast as one part consists of two identical single filters which can be operated alternatively or in parallel via a changeover fitting.

Centrifugal Oil Cleaner removes very fine dirt from oil up to 5 micron and below by centrifugal force created in centrifuge rotor. Conventional filters cannot remove such fine dirt from oil. There are no consumables hence no recurring cost. Collected dirt can be easily cleaned and the unit put back to use again. With clean oil wear of tools and dies is reduced and job finish is improved. The Oil need not be replaced frequently, thereby saving substantially on oil expenses and protecting environment.
